Not-so-happening Friday night

I'm such a procrastinator. I thought maybe it was just an undergrad thing, but I was definitely wrong. Here are a few recent thoughts I've had to distract myself:

• I love making cute to-do lists instead of actually trying to accomplish something on the list.
• I just can't possibly do homework at my place if the dishes are dirty.
• Sometimes it seems I prefer to start with the tasks that could be completed last, you know, especially if they're more fun.
• I need shoes for a wedding I'm in. In July.
• Isn't Mother's Day quickly approaching?
• Wait, people are going to get frozen yogurt??
• Episodes of the First 48 are like crack to me. Count me out if that show is on. And to make matters worse they now have After the First 48. I probably would've named it 49 and Counting, but then that makes me think of 16 & Counting. And I hated that show.

Can you tell I'm procrastinating? I will be spending this weekend, the days we work for all week, doing homework. Because the midterm I've put off for a week is due tomorrow at noon. Delightful.
