Here are a few pictures from P & J's wedding. I was terrible about taking pictures, but the weekend was amazing and I definitely didn't want it to end. P's family sure knows how to throw a celebration. We had cocktails and hor d'oeuvres in their garden on Thursday, with some absurdly delicious food. Friday all of us girls got mani/pedis before heading off to her bridal luncheon. We then raced home to change before the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. After the rehearsal dinner we headed to a bar downtown to meet up with everyone else that was in town and I finally got to meet Sooze's boyfriend. Finally. It's only been how many years coming? Saturday started off with a fantastic breakfast spread at the house, hair and makeup and the photo shoot began. The limo showed up just in time to whisk us away to the church. P was obviously a gorgeous bride, and I think I was most impressed with her demeanor. I am pretty sure I will have to elope because chances are good I'll be one super stressed bride. Not P. Cool, calm and collected the entire day! The wedding was great and the reception was so fun. We spent the majority of the night on the dance floor, mostly getting shown up by every other wedding guest. There was some cartwheeling by a dad and a full out swing dance performance. After the bubbles were blown at the bride and groom we headed to the hotel for pizza delivery and then passed out.
The weekend was amazing, I'm so happy for P&J, extremely jealous they're in Barbados, and sad not knowing the next time I'll see P's Kentucky girls. Ahhh wedding season, you've been too good to me.
