Friday night fun

As typically comes with working in college athletics it looks like I'll be spending my Friday night - all of it - on campus. I packed lots of warm clothes to change into before I head to a men's soccer game and I have quite a few packs of hot chocolate in my desk drawer for a little warm up at the game. Then I'm heading to a dessert reception for my sorority, because it's finally Homecoming weekend. I don't think anyone I graduated with will be back for our 5 year reunion, which is a little sad, but I still like all the excitement of the weekend. And to end my night on campus we have a huge fundraising campaign ending event in the football stadium. We've watched the preparations for days, so I'm excited to see how the night goes. And, perhaps most importantly, there are going to be fireworks. Oh, and I may just have to stop by the Corey Smith concert too.

So even though this has technically only been a 3 day work week, it's definitely felt longer. Happy Homecoming!
