
Needless to say we were a bit nervous going into the session. Now you all know I've been working out more recently, but definitely nothing too intense. 20-30 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes of weights, a few more minutes of abs (and that's a big day). I'm sure that did help a little with last night, although I've never done exercises like she had us doing. My legs were sore before we even left the studio, and I'm wearing flats today because I know heels would have been a bad idea. It was a great session, when I could breath. And I'm glad I didn't pass out or fall down. We learned some new exercises and I'm going to try to get back to some of their classes this fall. So here's to a slow workout today, flats for a couple of days, and a harsh reality check that I may have never actually been in shape. Ever in my life.
