Still Shaping it Up

Well folks, I'm happy to hear there are other males out there in the world concerned with toned legs and butts. My sister sent me this fantastic news through a picture text this evening. And I found it so great I'm posting this while I sit in Organizational Behavior class.

"We are at Men's Wearhouse and homeboy beside me has ShapeUps on."
Thank God for camera phones. And ShapeUps. And entertaining people all over the country.

    Homeboy was like two-fiddy, so I'm not sure how much those shoes would help...

    And Em was kneeling down acting like she was taking a picture of Miles, but tilted the phone a little to get this shot...shady...
