Just spent a fantastic weekend in Charleston with some pretty fantastic friends. We packed up the car on Thursday afternoon and headed out of town for a long weekend. After we got into town we headed straight to Folly Beach to see the bride and groom-to-be. They rented a couple of houses on the beach, and had the rehearsal dinner at one of the houses. The food was fantastic, and it was so nice to see the Jacobs before their wedding. Friday morning we slept a little late, then headed downtown for lunch and a little shopping before we had to get ready for the wedding. The wedding was so much fun, the food was so typical of the bride, I danced the night away with the groom's elementary aged nephew and it was a fantastic night. The following morning was not so much fun, but I survived. We tailgated a little at the loft where we were staying before walking to the football game at The Citadel. Perfect game. We won and there were lots of cadets in uniform. What's not to love. After a great dinner at Virginia's downtown to celebrate Gray's birthday we headed home and called it an early night. The wedding took a lot out of us. After such a great weekend it's back to the grind and lots of studying for finance. So I hope you guys all had great weekends and aren't hating this time change too much.
Congrats to the Jacobs!!!
