After our few days in Vietnam we took an extremely bumpy flight to Singapore. I was so ready to get off that plane. Again, I wasn't sure what to expect with Singapore, but had heard it is very Western and developed. That couldn't have been more true, it was amazing. So many tall buildings, really cool architecture, everything was so clean, it was so great. One thing that I was not ready for was how expensive everything was in Singapore. We went from Vietnam where everything was crazy cheap, to Singapore where everything was so expensive.
