I was in an awesome sorority. And we had another chapter in Wilmington, which is where One Tree Hill filmed. Now, back in the day that show was awesome. Well, the chapter in Wilmington was hosting a charity basketball game and one team was supposed to be the cast of One Tree Hill. All of us girls packed in cars and caravanned (is that a word?) down to the beach to catch a glimpse of the hot guys from the cast. Of course there was like one guy that actually showed up from the show and now I can't even remember which guy it was. Massive fail. We didn't even stay for the whole game and I have no doubt we timed our exit to leave plenty of time to get back to campus for a night out.
I hadn't thought about that random night in college until I came across this tumblr. There might be a scary obsession being played out here, but it's kind of funny at the same time.
I'd have to say the best thing that ever happened to One Tree Hill would have to be the addition of Stephen Colletti.
Who I met one time at a Pittsburgh bar. This was a magical day in my life. Way more magical than the One Tree Hill basketball game.
How's that for a ramble? I just surprised myself with that and I haven't even been drinking.
